August 10, 201610 yr PCRO radio may need to do a live feed on this tonight. No electricity at station at this point. Scene is about 4 blocks from PCRO Headquarters. Status of tonight's show unclear. That being said, I'll put on a hazmat suit and broadcast from the scene to get the full report!
