Chris Sale: Horse's Rear End

Featured Replies

Wasn't happy that the Sox were having a retro jersey day on his day to pitch so he cut up the uniform. Team sent him home. Horse's rear end that should shock no one after him screaming at the GM over the situation with the kid being removed from the lockerroom.

He's so selfish that he'd get himself sent home rather than pitch.

Uni Watch: Chicago White Sox starter Chris Sale not the first to protest uniform

Like I said in the trades thread. Definitely hurt his value.

I disagree. Talent wins out.

27 year old lefty with those numbers under team control through 2018 at an affordable rate with affordable buyouts? Won't hurt his value a bit--unless a team has something against winning.

Bunch of idiots in Chicago, first LaRoche wants his kid around the clubhouse all the time, now this. Put the uniform on and pitch

Espn radio this afternoon host said that multiple players complained about the jerseys something about how they fit. When front office told them tuff luck Sale did what he did.

This is a bigger issue than just Sale. Whitesox front office is a mess.

From what I read, they were going to wear this one or something similar:

If it was this one, I don't blame him!

They need to bring back Eddie Gaedal

A five game suspension for a SP is a joke. We'll call it a one game suspension.

Money wise it is a 5 game.
