Who can tell everyone about Casey Simon? Conner Holden? Other high performing St. Xavier Baseball Players?

We don't have a lot of Baseball threads so we can do more than one thing in this thread.

Also, does X own more Baseball Titles than anyone in Kentucky?

Also, courtesy of John V. Bersot Jr Facebook

The X Baseball Titles are:

1942

1945

1949

1951

1981

2014

2016

This is State Baseball championship number 7, which is the most in the state.

TRADITION UNEQUALED

Here it is again, the one above is a big file:

Conner Holden was a NKY kid until middle school. He played with NK Wildcats AAU team in hoops. Great family.

Sorry I wasn't here to do updates tonight. I made the trip to Lexington to take this one in, in person.

Tough loss for the Camels to come one swing of the bat short after making it to the championship game.

Another pitchers battle with both Holden and Hartig working out of jams.

Congrats to the Camel fans who outnumbered the StX faithful by 2-1.

Congrats also to Coach Scott Schweitzer and the Camels on one tremendous run.

NKY has some strong coaches that do not get a lot of love. Scott Schweitzer is one of them.

Wow! That was a blast from the past. Congrats Conner and family!

Connor threw a gem tonight. Battled out of a bases loaded 1 out situation in the first and set it on cruise control the rest of the way.

Threw 90 pitches on the evening & finished with 85, 85, 85 (tops of the night) to close it out.

As someone stated earlier, Great Family!

PS the home run landed about ten feet from me. I quickly returned the ball to the field.
