According to Albers and Edmonds, The "new" Midway Cafe will have plenty of TVs for sports and the restaurant will be non-smoking. "We're trying to buy a lot of items local and fresh as much as we possibly can," said Albers.

June 17, 201610 yr Honestly, the police and everyone who is worried now are overreacting. This was an isolated incident that was probably a long time coming for these two. They have been friends for a long time. I think they even shared an apartment or something for awhile so it was just a personal beef that escalated to the point of no return. Nothing to see here; move along.

June 17, 201610 yr Back in '81 as I was hanging out with my pops at the Old Midway Cafe I decided to walk to the Convenient store minding my own business and was attacked by a gang of Southies in front of the furniture store, they took my money, beat the crap out of me. That's how I know about The Southies.
