Being investigated does not equal guilty, and innocent until proven guilty is one of the cornerstones our legal system is built on. It's amazing how quickly we'

are willing to ignore that for someone we don't like.

 

Hillary is still at a stage where she has to earn my support. My support currently isn't there for her to lose.

If any candidate is being investigated by the FBI the way Hillary is, be they Dem or Repub, in my mind that disqualifies them from being POTUS.

If convicted of a crime, I will not vote for her. If she says she will abolish Obamacare or other social programs, I will not vote for her.

 

What are the positives of Obamacare? It hasn't helped the poor, rich or middle class.

By her own actions she has not converted to anything remotely religious. Not judging, just being a fruit inspector. "by their fruits you will know them". Very simple concept by Jesus.

Honest question regarding the bolded...First off, I agree being investigated for a crime probably should disqualify one from running for POTUS while the case is still open. Do you feel the same way about Trump? He's in the middle of a legal battle for defrauding thousands of middle-class citizens out of thousands of dollars. Shouldn't that disqualify him?

Political candidates face frivolous law suits all the time. If you apply your standard, no one could run for office!
