Rounds 1 and 2 are the keeper picks. So if you keep 2 players, the first pick you'll be able to make is round 3. If you keep 1 player, you get a pick in round 2. If you don't keep anyone, you get a pick in both round 1 and round 2.

No, we are inheriting the rosters of last year's losers to mine for keepers. Once we pick a leftover roster it will become our team.
