Isn't it just hearsay? This guy is saying he was told something by someone who was told something. It'd be impossible to prove.

I would like to think its driving her insane. But then again she may be that cold hearted.

If they cannot produce a body, but could produce some testimony that there was tampering with evidence, then maybe. It would still seem to be circumstantial.

I think it was clear she did it, unfortunately they didn't have the proof. Almost all the evidence they had was circumstantial. The defense did exactly what they're supposed to do, provide alternate plausible theories that provide reasonable doubt.

Ignatow never testified in his murder trial. He sued his victims for employer (a doctor) because the doctor publicly stated that he thought Ignatow had killed her. Igmanow testified in the civil case he brought against the doctor and he stated under oath that the last time she saw his victim she was alive and well. That's where the perjury charge came from. I also think that he was charged for lying to the FBI.
