Thanks for info Dognation

From the HoopSeen report:

The 16 and under division of the Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions was loaded with talent. Here is a look at our top five overall performers at the 2016 tournament.

Trevon Faulkner, SG, The Travelers: Faulkner distanced himself as one of the top players in the 16U division because of his all-around game. The 6-foot-4 lefty does a little bit of everything on the floor, but his biggest attribute is his shot-making ability. The sophomore showed he was more than capable of hitting 3’s and mid-range pull-ups off the dribble, as well as some plays at the rim. Faulkner has a solid body that allows him to rebound and take bumps, too. Faulkner has yet to receive his first scholarship offer, but he is more than worthy of mid-major and high-major looks going forward. - Garrett Tucker

Steven Fitzgerald was also a top five performer this past weekend at Bob Gibbons TOC. 2 outstanding players in 2018!

The mighty 12th Region!!!!!!!

Wright state, Alabama, Xavier, WKU, West Virginia, and IUPUI have all contacted coach Cook recently to learn more about Trevon. Should have an offer by the end of summer, one would assume, as well as he is playing!

Add Miami (OH) to the list

Per his high school coach twitter, Trevon has his first D1 offer. Middle Tennessee State. Congrats to this young man, and I'm sure more will come rolling in!

Wright State has offered per my dude Daarik Gray.

Really hope we hang on to Daarik for a while, he does such a good job! I would imagin his career will take a big step up, before too long tho

Very true. He and Matt Overing both do a fantastic job of covering area sports. Both Danville and Harrodsburg publications are in good hands with those two. They both have bright futures and I hope we have them both for quite some time.

I may be optimistic here, but I would bet that this time next year, Trevon may be faced with a need to trim his list, due to the # of offers he could have by then!

Great to see this finally start happening for him!

Agreed. Next year at this time the prep school rumors will get even louder. :lol2:

PP92 told me on BGP that he would be stunned if Trevon left Mercer.... I'm staying confident on that front, until I hear otherwise! ; )

Good piece by my dude Matt Overing!

Hearing Oak Hill is a possibility for Treyvon but I still maintain the same "I'll believe it when I see it" attitude about Treyvon. I still think he graduates from Mercer County.
