April 26, 201610 yr According to reports, Jordan Gardner, 28, was en route to Charlotte on a red eye flight from San Francisco when after about an hour into the journey, he pulled down his pants in the cabin and relieved himself in front of horrified passengers. According to the FBI, Gardner has a criminal record across multiple states that includes charges of battery, trespassing, auto theft, writing bad checks, intoxication, and vandalism. Now he can add "destruction of an aircraft" to that list.
