This nomination has been rigged from the beginning. More like a coronation. I mean there have been many Dems calling for the ouster of Debbie Wasserman Schultz due to the way things have been ran.

 

Don't act like the entirety of the Democratic Party is behind "Corrupt Hillary".

Party and electorate are at odds on Big Donald. Whereas the party and a majority portion of the electorate are behind with Hill.

Almost anyone in the United States could beat Hillary but the top two Republican candidates can't imho. The third place Republican candidate could handily defeat her but he can't get the nomination. It's really a shame. She's going to win the presidency by an eletorate that actually don't even like her. She'll probably go down in history as the most unpopular president in the history of this nation. If Millard Fillmore was still around he would be smiling from ear to ear.

As far as McConnell, nothing he does surprises me. I rank him right up there with Hillary in corruptness.

If the party isn't behind Hilary then a political party has never in history been behind a candidate. That's actually been a major point of criticism from Sanders supporters that the party has used the primaries as a coronation for its preferred candidate. DWS is a joke at the head, but the number of superdelegates in support of Hillary prior to any campaigning is quite the indication of how the power players in the party fee. There also really isn't a debate that the majority of democratic primary voters have pulled the lever for her. Of course a very sizable minority of Democratic voters cannot stand her and a very sizable majority of remaining voters feel similarly, but Hellcats statement you quoted isn't wrong.

 

You're correct too that it is embarassing/corrupt/choose your adjective how the Dems have handled this election, but just because it is a circus on both sides (which it is) doesn't mean the circuses are the same size.
