Brandon Cooper? Lol

 

Brandon and I have been friends since 1st grade and I would love to see him back in coaching. Had Brandon stayed at Garrard this might be a possibility. But leaving and then being out of high school coaching for several years (besides some AAU stuff) puts him too far away, I'd guess. And if Southwestern just ran off a state championship coach and the only region winner in school history, I'd say they're aiming pretty high with this hire.

Oh looks like we have a case of the old "Southwestern is too good to have Cooper as the coach". I promise you one thing, you wouldn't find a better human being to be their head coach. Take that for what it's worth.

Al Gover, Chris Fitzgerald, and Brandon Cooper are names I'm hearing thrown around. I'm sure there will be many other names soon.

SW will hire whoever can keep all the Braves on the Reservation. Faced with losing 3 top level players IMO is Wright was nudged out the door.

Steven and danny are Chris Fitzgerald's nephew's.

As ky playmaker said, Stephen Fitzgerald and Danny Butt are Chris Fitzgerald's nephews.

Cooper was the assistant coach at SW when Dave Shultz was coaching (before Coach Wright). He was head coach at Garrard County for one year 2011-2012. He came back to Pulaski County after that and has been coaching youth AAU.

Those kids have went back to louisville magic..this will have a play in where they transfer i assure you .

I think Chris Baker is the next Coach at SW. If not I'd be shocked, Al Gover retires in a year, I would love him on the sidelines but I don't think he gets involved, he wants to go watch Peyton play after High school wherever that may be. Brandon Cooper is a great person I just think Baker gets the job. I could be wrong. Time will tell.
