10th region first team released

Featured Replies

It was all good jus a week ago. Ain't I allowed to change? All great analyst switch up. Lol

No Koebe Garrard??? Two weeks ago you made a post boasting the Koebe was the "best player in the region, hands down." Your words.

But here two weeks later, the best player in the region "hands down", is not on your first team????

trust me bracken grad is not a bracken co fan

Bracken grad is a Bracken county fan and cheered for them almost every game. I'm also a good friend of the coach. I believe coming up season may be their year.

Come on Bracken...I kno your man Crawford is on the squad but you kno that five of mine is super athletic and can ball.

Offense would definitely not be a problem but a 30 second shot clock in and this team would average between 80 - 100 points a game easy. Ohmer running point cause has best handle in region and get in lane at welland shoot the rock. Pig would shut any player down on your team plus create his own plus shots for others. Wilson would be a walking double double in post plus change shots on defense. Crawford with this team opening up court would have driving lanes all day and maddox best shooter in the reason would kill defense for leaving him open plus get his own. Any coach would tell you give me scorers. So a mismatch between first team and your team.

Been hearing this for the past 7 years but I guess it's like the weather guy......you call for rain enough times, you'll eventually be right. I believe the 10th will be a little better next season and I also believed and said early, this was Bracken's best opportunity to win the District and possibly the Region. IMHO, they drastically underperformed this year.

So much wrong with this post, won't even bother typing anymore......

Three coaches in three years. If you put Hinson there when they hired Miles they win district and a run in the region. Next year is Bracken County's year. You can't build Rome in one day.

I don't think it's fair to put this much emphasis on the Coach either way. I think the results this year speak for themselves. Players and teams are 95% of the success ratio and I'm not negative about BC. I just think they underperformed this year in relation to expectations.

I agree that they underperformed. I just feel like next year will be their year. Kids don't have to get used to a different coach, and have core class of 2017. But the 3 lost seniors will be hard to make up for.

You flip Bourbon with Augusta and some would say you would be close to next years' pre season rankings. Bracken would go up, Montgomery down. Campbell,Scott and Paris all with some starters or contributors back and Bracken will start 4 seniors, maybe 5.

I'm not agreeing or disagreeing. My (indirect) point is that Bracken was really close to where we thought they would be. I'm not sure what the "Bracken underperformed" stuff was based on.

I do think they will be in the mix next season for sure - very possibly favored in the 39th.

Rarely do we disagree PaPa but I guess this is one of those occasions. We'll agree to disagree on this one.

Evidently when Kool-Aid goes from orange to blue, it develops a bitter taste.:idunno:

Now that's funny. Apparently, it's not as potent either.

After the ingredients have had ample time, say 3 years or so, to be fine tuned, it'll taste just fine.
