It is highly unlikely. If it was commonplace, this case would not have made the news. As I mentioned, the Plaintiffs were poorly prepared in this particular case. Had they done their homework, they may have won the case.

I don't see that as a realistic scenario but if it happens, an opportunity opens up for someone else to open a business that fills the void.
