JJ, I really was expecting an article describing a situation where the family was blatantly making a statement, but your article isn't even proving your point. If we shouldn't listen to family reps or those quoted in the article why waste time posting it.

Finally tracked down the fact that Eisenhower did NOT attend Supreme Court Justice Jackson's funeral in 1954 but did attend the funeral for Chief Justice Vinson in 1953. Americans everywhere should be outraged.
