February 19, 201610 yr Author 1st Rated R movie I ever saw. Somehow I convinced my grandmother to take me to the cinema in Newport Shopping Center. I'm sure at the end of it, she regretted it. She did laugh really hard a few times(angel/devil scene being one) And yes, I was 10. They cut the heck it of this show to show it on the network or cable stations. Have to see the dvd.

Animal house Fast times Stripes Caddy shacks Valley girls Blazing saddles Are a few of the movies that have daily quotes from me and my kids, yet you could not pay my kids to watch these flicks and they have no idea where the phrases came from.

I still use 'the world needs ditch diggers' and 'get your foot off the boat' from Caddy Shack. I use a lot of Smokey and the Bandit. Mostly 'what do we have to do, kidnap the Pope or something.'

February 21, 201610 yr Lisa Baur played Shelley Dubinsky, Fran's friend, on Animal House. Seems like this was her only major movie talking part. She had a small non speaking part on a Charlie's Angels episode. She now goes by her original name of Cynthia Baur and has a candle making business in New Zealand, a long way from her native home of Iowa. Google knows all.
