24-6 in varsity action. CCH looked solid. Hard to tell how good Ryle is. Their qb went down with a jaw injury on the very first play. Their starting safety had an injury as well plus Vince Murray didn't play at all. They did lay some licks on CCH though.

 

Look out for Brent Buckley . He cuts well, is a physical runner, and has very good speed. My boy Brandon Brown had a long TD run as well.

 

Passing game for CCH was "OK." Ryle got a lot of pressure on CCH early forcing tough throws. Plus, CCH seemed to be working on their power running game.

 

Hard for Ryle's O to get going with the loss of the qb and without Murray.

Too bad about Murray not playing. He has a chance to be one of the better players in NKY this year.

Josh Bleser had some ice on his left arm (non throwing arm) he was hit by face mask

Cov Cath looked good in the first half, Ryle looked strong in the secod half.

 

When they get their starting OT, WR, HB, QB back on offense and their starting CB and MLB back on defense they will be fine.

Murray has a hip pointer and he said that he would be out for a week or two

The second team didnt do to bad either... there were many great plays by their offense and deffense
