But instead, you wonder how I could have taken words you plainly posted in any way other than with the intent that you did NOT post. Ma'am, if you read closely, you will see that I wasn't attempting to answer the question using hyperbole. I never said that liberals were untrustworthy, nor did I say that conservatives were trust worthy. I simply pointed out that instead of the poster trying to disprove the claim that liberals were untrustworthy, the poster instead decided to minimalize the opposite political party.

 

I'm with you, I think that type of strategy is weak and does nothing to advance the conversation. The "yeah well I maybe be bad but so are you" type of strategy that you would see in a middle school.
