January 27, 201610 yr Public urination is pretty common in Europe. You don't whip it out in a crowd, you step around the corner and pee in the alley.

January 27, 201610 yr Author That's the way it read to me. Thread title is misleading IMO. They aren't allowing it, just changing the punishment for it. I was just trying to justify peeing in Central Park :thumb:
January 27, 201610 yr Haven't read any of the links/articles posted herein but I try to pee outside as frequently as possible (mostly at my own home, to avoid criminal issues) so I must support this. Save on water.
