Doesn't Greenup and Rowan have transfers this year? Is Morgan the only team in the 16th that gets transfers? I thought a lot of teams get transfers in each year. I honestly don't even know why people bring up the subject. If it is done legally and proof can be provided that the kid resides there, is there really anything that can be done about it? I guess it's just something for people to complain about. A kid can leave for prep school for their Sr year and not much is said about it. Heck who wouldn't want their kid or any other that has potential to better themselves?

 

People move. Everyone needs to get over it. It's not 1960 where we all are born, live, and die in the same small town.

It's always went on and it always will. Is it worse with aau ? No doubt! But as I've said before if khsaa rules them eligible you have 2 options cry about it or get in the gym get better and beat them. I hate what it's done to hs sports but it's never going to stop.

I didn't know there was a mileage limit in the KHSAA rules about transfers? How close is okay? What's the cutoff?

I don't get the point of this thread. people move and relocate all the time. Many transfers are because of this. Of course we all know there are a few transfers from time to time that raise eyebrows and seemingly aren't "above board", and I myself have gotten into those conversations and don't like it when those things happen. However, this post seems to be questioning ALL transfers, which ain't too cool in my book because the grand majority of transfers are done above board.
