The weather has been kind of quite so I haven't posted in awhile. After the warm weekend coming up and showers and storms we could be in for some big changes by the end of next week. There is a slight chance that parts of Kentucky could see some snow. This is for around next Friday. As of now it is only a 10% chance but it is the first time the possibility of accumulating snow has shown.

The area in question is northeast of a line going towards the southeast from around Madison, IN through Frankfort, Lexington and Oneida. It is almost impossible to say how much if any accumulation those in that area might receive a dusting to maybe an inch.

I'll post updates as we get closer to the end of next week.

Nice to hear from you again!

Don't you start posting again and screw up this awesome weather, @nWo! I just won't stand for that!

(Great to have you back, btw)

Hey now!! I found a new outlook tool for winter weather that looks out to 7 days in advance and have been dyeing to use it!! ;) :ylsuper:

I'm certain that this warm weekend means a foot of snow in April.

I've already convinced myself.

You gonna take advantage of the new hot tub at The Compound when it snows?

Well it's like the saying goes:

April snows makes the May flowers grows.

I was looking forward to mowing grass in January.

Enjoy this weekend's warm weather. The following map shows Hi temps on Friday to be around the mid 30's across most of the western and northern Kentucky and around 40 in southeast Kentucky. We may see lows during the night in the teen's. As of now I don't think we'll see much if any accumulation of snow. Maybe just so snow showers.

WE DID and great to see this thread. Hope you and yours are doing well! Now let's put that new outlook app to use and inform us of our chances for a white Christmas.

Because only in our region can you get 70 degrees and then 25 with snow in less than a couple weeks!
