Caught the CMT Christmas late last week which got me out of the funk. And I to will be mowing my yard on Saturday in shorts.

 

I'm thinking a Christmas movie marathon this weekend will set me straight: A Christmas Story, Christmas with the Kranks, and Chevy Chases Christmas Vacation!

 

 

It will be Easter before we know it folks...

Money's been tight, so I've not gotten a chance to do any shopping yet other than a nice stocking-stuffer for my old man.

 

The closest I've come to the seasonal spirit is enjoying the 3-Ho's Christmas Ale from Country Boy Brewing, which is quite good.

 

Wish I could find more of their stuff in NKY. Only had Shotgun Wedding but I remember enjoying it quite a bit. Might have to make a random trip down to the brewery at some point.

 

And I definitely feel you on the first part. Saving money for a wedding ain't fun.

I buy 90% of my Christmas gifts online. And I am with you, it is the busy time of the year for us also so I do enjoy the paycheck.

No trouble at all this year. 6 trees up in the house, more lights outside, shopping done. Christmas parties this weekend and next.

I went for a run this evening in shorts and a long sleeve shirt. They mowed the grass at the park I was near. Nothing gets you into the Christmas spirit like warm sun beating sweat out of you and the smell of fresh cut grass. :sour:

Saw your little guys in the CCHS gym on Saturday with their big brother. Those boys are always the most well-behaved kids I've ever seen in a gym! Adorable too! :thumb:
