And this may have been covered already but if a friend/neighbor legally buys guns, then sells them to the terrorists privately, is there any way to prevent that?

Dirtbox is special device to grab all cell conversations in area. So DHS knew things quickly. And interesting they had a PC-12 in area and ready to go same day.
