Scott County 83 Paris 73

Featured Replies

It was a game of spurts. Both teams are young and it showed. Lots of up and down action. Freshman Michael Moreno is going to be Scott Co's next Mr. Basketball candidate.

You can watch the game here. http://www.scottcountysportsnetwork.com

Nice game by Paris. They have tons of talent. If they get it together and keep it together........ Look out

Someone told me that Paris was missing a couple of their better players. Then said they were in the gym watching the game but hadn't joined the team yet.

Paris leading scorer from last year didn't play...Koebe Garrard.

Paris should be fine once they get their pieces back and in sync. 1st game of the seaaaon out the way.

This appears to be a pretty good showing by Paris if they were without Garrard.

I'm thinking maybe him and James Clark didn't play because of football?

Clark did play some. The game was sloppy on both sides and really wasn't as close as the score might indicate. Scott Co lead by 25/26 with 4 minutes to go. Both teams looked like it was the 1st game. They should both improve every week.
