Shoulder surgery

Thanks for asking. I am getting better every day. Most of the bruising is going away and mobility gets better every day. I still am told not to raise my elbow far from my side....but it moves a bit on its on. :sssh: The wounds are still sensitive and getting itchy. I can start therapy in two weeks.

 

It sounds like you are doing really well.

Had surgery this morning. Damage was more extensive than thought. In addition to born spurs, had a complete RC tear, damaged cartilage and damage to the biceps tendon. No doubt caused by the stress of my massive biceps.:lol2:

 

Good news, feel great after surgery... No sore throat etc. pain is tolerable due to good pharmacology and ice. I wouldn't want to handle anything sharp right now, ha. So, on to next phase soon. :thumb:

 

A cross we have to bear.
