The circumstances in this heinous crime point toward a possible predator that will continue until caught (first timer or not). Seems very impulsive, even if premeditated. The teenager theory could be correct, but another possibility could be someone just released from prison/jail.

I hope who ever is responsible is caught and dealt with accordingly.

I'm hearing that the KSP is all over this and the investigators are getting any and all resources needed.

 

Hopefully it will bear fruit and who ever did this is brought in soon.

The funeral was yesterday. They waited to release this till that was over would be my guess.
