Etown will run away this game. Caldwell is a good team with good players but etown is on a different level at almost every position excluding qb, yes including dee cain. Etown 42-17

and the only thing that Caldwell has on etown's qb is a very accurate deep ball. Otherwise etown qb is twice the athlete as the sophomore at Caldwell

What was the PT score? 42-14? That's probably what it will be in this one as well. Etown should roll.

Going to prepare you-- tough place to play and win. Agree that Etown is more talented but don't include Dee Cain in that statement. He will be the best athlete on the field

All I want to happen next Friday is that Etown comes here safely, has a great meal at Pagliais, lose to my Tigers, and go home safely.

Litkenhous last week had Caldwell at 109.7 and Elizabethtown at 107.0. It's obvious the computer doesn't know about E-town's superior talent at every position.

Looks like a toss-up to me.

I'm just going to say first team to 50 and leave it at that. :lol2:

Who wins? Why?

I apologize, I didn't see this was already posted. Please remove.

21-20 Etown!

I think Elizabethtown wins in a close one.

I realize Etown hasn't lost a game and is rated higher, in some poles and threads. Anything can happen from this point on but it should be a close game--too close to call.

As for earlier statements about Etown blowing out Caldwell--that will not happen.

Just ask Mayfield's coach how easy it is to win at Caldwell. They got out by the skin of their teeth.

Watch out for the big double "D" I have a feeling the Caldwell coaches will have the Tiger "D" ready to play and don't forget the other "D"...

Hope it's a good FAIRLY called game and no one gets hurt. The team that wins just might go on to win the title.

I know nothing about Etown. But one thing that stands out to me is that might have played the weakest schedule in the state. Which win this year is Etown hanging their hat on? I certainly don't see the good win in any of those 12.
