November 9, 201510 yr Jerry Jones does business with companies such as AT&T, Miller Brewing, American Airlines, and Dr Pepper. Will him employing a loser such as Greg Hardy cause you to consider not doing business with these sponsors?
November 9, 201510 yr I feel bad for the other Cowboy players. You know a bunch of them cannot stand him so they are put in a tough spot having to be around the bum every day. I wonder what would happen if Romo or Witten or another guy with a lot of clout on the team came out in public and ripped Hardy...said the guy is a cancer in the locker room...What does Jerry do then??

On Mike and Mike this morning they were talking about how Witten runs a domestic abuse charity and were wondering how Jerry Jones can look Witten in the eye these days.
November 10, 201510 yr On Mike and Mike this morning they were talking about how Witten runs a domestic abuse charity and were wondering how Jerry Jones can look Witten in the eye these days. Witten has been a Cowboy for a long time. He knows Jerry well and knows he will do whatever it takes to win.
November 10, 201510 yr No. Besides AT&T I couldn't have told you which companies are associated with the Cowboys anyway.
November 10, 201510 yr Bottom Line, he was acquitted in NC or not charged or nothing happened. He was suspended by the NFL 10 games (pretty strong) won an appeal to 4 game suspension. Like it or not he has paid his due for the NFL. I would not want him on my team, but he went through our justice system and the NFL system. It is over move on.
November 10, 201510 yr Witten has been a Cowboy for a long time. He knows Jerry well and knows he will do whatever it takes to win. True. They were just speaking on the dynamic of having someone like Hardy and Witten in the same locker room. They said Witten's childhood was shaped by domestic violence and that is why he formed the charity. It was Cris Carter and Mike Golic discussing what it is like to play with guys you know are despicable humans. It was pretty interesting dialogue.

I understand, I'm just saying if he was surprise by the signing he must have slept through the better part of his career lol
November 10, 201510 yr I understand, I'm just saying if he was surprise by the signing he must have slept through the better part of his career lol I doubt he was surprised. Like you said, Jerry is Jerry. :lol2: They mentioned that Jerry's daughter works for the Cowboys and if Hardy had done that to his daughter would he still sign Hardy.
November 10, 201510 yr Author The answers are what I expected. I don't think ol' Jerry cares what people think and I don't think the advertisers are going to take a hit for this.
November 10, 201510 yr Use Sprint, drink craft beer bourbon, can't afford to fly but I will enjoy a Diet Pepper from time to time.
