Bengals Season - 2nd Half

HOUSTON

@Arizona

ST. LOUIS

@Cleveland

PITTSBURGH

@San Francisco

@Denver

BALTIMORE

More importantly, can we all agree when the Bengals lose their first game, that the sky isn't falling? They have never made it this far into a season without a loss, and it has been 40+ years since a team has made it an entire season unscathed. There's going to be a loss, someone is going to blame Dalton, or Marvin, or the Bungles, or the city, drastically overreact, and draw sweeping conclusions from one game while ignoring an unblemished record of however many games its lasts before it. Don't be that person.

Worst case IMO is 5-3. If I had to make an official prediction I'll go 6-2. Wouldn't be surprised to see 7-1 though. @Denver is the only game I think they'll be the underdog in.

I'll blame him even before the loss. It's Marvin's screw- up that cost us. :)

I'm thinking 6-2 also. Arizona ends the win streak which is ok if it happens and Denver is going to be a bear since it looks like the offense may start helping that defense. They will be particularly tough to beat at home. I would not be surprised if Pittsburgh turns the tables at home but I don't expect it to happen.

I'm starting to think they'll beat the Cardinals. Seen lots of "2nd half predictions" of Arizona missing the playoffs altogether. They haven't beaten a team that's .500 or better all season.

Didn't know that. I think realistically they will end up third seed as I just don't see them winning in Denver. I think Denver's sole loss will be to NE and NE will go undefeated. Given that scenario I don't think it matters if Cincy is 15-1 or 13-3. I realize there's a lot of football left, it's just how I see it today.

Denver is the ONLY game I'm even remotely concerned about. The Bronco defense is legit.

I'm going with 8-0!!!!!!!

What scares me about Arizona is a shorter week and a West coast trip. It was a full week and at home I wouldn't be worried.

I'm not saying I expect them to lose, but is anyone else worried about dropping the Rams game? They have a winning record, and Gurley is running the ball better than any back the Bengals have faced all year.

Initially I thought they would lose this one, but don't think they will now. The only game remaining that I see as a probable loss is Denver. They could lose a couple more; guess we will see how it plays out. I could see the game against St. Louis being challenging, even with being at home.

14-2, 1st round bye.

I think the Bengals will have a good shot at taking down Denver. I can see them dropping one to the Cardinals.

And I hate to say it, but I think they may lose that Steelers game at home.
