From what I've read and seen on here, his little brother seems to be a very talented back too. With big brother not getting the touches many expect he should, where does little brother end up in the future? And for the record, I was very impressed with the elder England last year when I watched him play on a bad wheel.

No injury...? No disipline issues, it's beyond most of us as to why.

 

I obviously have no idea if the coaches are communicating "why" to him (hopefully they are!), but this could be a situation where I could see where a parent would get upset if they weren't playing him and he wasn't given a reason why. I know they have a lot of talent in the backfield, but man, I just can't see him not being more of a factor if I were the coach. Like some have said, it's a relief (to other teams) not seeing him in the backfield.

Agree...I am the furthest from a believer of entitlement, but I don't think that applies here. This kid should have huge numbers. Feel bad for him. BUT, if it has been communicated and this is what the staff feels will give them the best long term chance and the kid bought into it and is sacrificing for the better of the team, then I love that too and he would become one of my favorite NKY players immediately!

Do you know his numbers for each game this year? I am not sure what to make of the numbers in the 3 games you listed.

And averaged over 13 YPC. Kid is averaging 7.5 per carry for the year. He's a workhorse that gets better with carries. Coach got a shiny new toy at QB and has not used Big 7 to his best.

Disagree on England. He's an elite athlete and punishes defenses when he gets 25 touches per game. At slot, he see's the ball way too infrequently.

 

When has that happened this year? The OL is not like last years and they are not moving people off the ball. Which is why the faster quicker RB's are doing better because they hit the hole sooner and can make people miss. England may be as fast or faster than the other RB's but in the first 10-15 yards he is not, IMO.
