Hearing that Bell County head Coach Wayne Mills is suspended for this week's game against Jackson County.

From what I gather it is not related to his previous KHSAA sanctioned suspension for illegal scrimmages, but instead is a School related decision for a different incident.

Can someone fill the gaps in for us?

What's going on down at Log Mountain?

I will be at Log Mountain Saturday, let you know if I hear anything.

Whatever it is, another site is reporting that litigation is involved.

I wonder if he will be back at all this year if that is the case. :idunno:

Wow- shame for the team and the timing

It seemed the Natives were a bit restless as it was. Been a while since Bell was playing on Black Friday and the KHSAA stuff at the start of the season didn't help.

I have heard some bizarre things about what this incident is... nothing I would consider "Criminal" in intent... but more in the line of "What was he thinking?" . I will defer to someone with more intimate knowledge of what is going on though.

From what I have heard, I believe you are right. It's not that big of a deal, just not something that someone in his position should have done. There is a growing segment that would like to see someone else as coach next year, so he sure doesn't need to be giving them any more ammunition.

Haha just saw what he allegedly did.

What did he allegedly do?

Ouch

@theguru can we say?

Spill it!! So Dudley back at Bell..... in 5..4....3.......2......

This has the feeling of one of those, "glad we all weren't busted doing all the dumb things we've done in our lives."

@theguru can we say?

Only if it is a full moon.

Only if it is a full moon.

Unlike the Belfry suspension thread earlier this year... "Moon-shining" references are quite appropriate

Only if it is a full moon.

Cue the rimshot...
