Places will either have McMuffin options or biscuit options, not both. Items such as McGriddles will not be available (or so I've read).

Not sure about hashbrowns, I assume those are offered. The other items are not offered. BTW, what the heck is a hotcake?

It's not super typical for this area but like Watsui said it does list it on the menu like that. I think it's more of a southern thing.
