You act like you have the first clue about what HHS does in the offseason. Well you don't and for you to "assume" you know anything about what HHS does in the offseason...well just makes you look silly. If it's just that easy to lift, workout and gain weight, why isn't everyone that works their tail of just huge??? I've been working out for about 25 years and I never get any bigger. I stay right around that same size. My frame is what it is. Since you say their hips are small and they are scawny, doesn't have a lot to do with how hard you work out. I busted my tail in high school and played 3 sports and could never gain a pound. I ate constantly. I burned it off faster than I could put it on. Weight gain has a lot to do with metabolism. But I would think you would know that. When you see this group with no shirts on, I can tell you that you wouldn't think this group doesn't work their tails off. They just don't have the frames or the metabolism to keep the weight in. They are a small group.

But how dare you insult their work ethic!! That's just ridiculous. I coach at the school and I can assure you that there is not a program in the state that works harder. Heck, just a couple years ago, Urban Meyer stopped by and watched HHS workout. He said he's never seen a high work out program like HHS. I'll give you one guess who ran the fitness and and conditioning then. Good guess, you're right. It was BW.

Please don't pretend to talk about stuff that you have absolutely no clue about. And quit insulting the kids. They are just a smaller than normal group.

AND another thing that you obviously have no clue about is HHS is NEVER big. They had a few stout years in a row when a couple big classes came through, but for most of their history, they are not big. That's not how they win. For years teams have walked out of games saying how did we just lose to all those little guys! It will happen again soon too. Matter of time.

Then why the results? If I'm wrong and I said I'm on the outside and that's what it appears, then why the results?

I'll keep it to myself because I'm too close to the program.

But if you think it's from lack of offseason work, you're crazy. If all you had to do was work really hard in the offseason, we'd have a lot more champions.

There are a lot of things not going well for this particular team...but it's not from being lazy in the offseason. I can assure you of that.

You get funnier and funnier and reach further and further. It's 6 games. How many games has HHS played in the last 100 years??? It's a split second in time. And you want to make it "the norm". Pretty comical.

You are obviously still fairly new to this area. Long time folks know what's gonna happen because they've seen this before. Where was HHS before they went on this long 10 year run. The "run" had to start somewhere or it wouldn't be considerd a "run". You want to run a sprint when most know tradition and champions are running a marathon. We've all seen your type and have heard this for years!! You're not saying anything we haven't heard EVERY time HHS has a down year.

No I'm not new, 100 years ago doesn't mean squat if you are not doing it today. Kids are in HS school 4 years what does anything past three years ago have to do with anything? If you lose for ten years do we have to let you pull out the 110 year ago card?

I've been working out for about 25 years and I never get any bigger.

You've been doing the wrong kind of workout if your goal is to get bigger. Come work out with me. I have the perfect routine for you. Start with 4-6 sets of 16 ounce curls. Then move down in weight and go to 12 ouncers until you can't do anymore. You'll get bigger in no time. Promise.

I'll take your word for it that's all you had to say. Then you have a bigger problem then work ethic.

Where have you been all my life???

SK will win this close game. Less than 10 point difference.

If you listen to what JOAT is saying in his advice to his son, you can see where the issue is. This team has enough talent to be way more successful than they are showing on Friday nights. There is a lot of added pressure when you start the way they have. It can tear you apart or you can "look in the mirror", suck it up and take things into your own hands. It can still happen for this team. There is no doubt. But until they decide to "fix" it, it won't happen.

If they figure out how to come together and put all other distractions aside and become one inside their team, they can be successful. But if they don't...don't expect anything to change. It's much easier said than done.

And for me and what I do know...it has NOTHING dlto do with coaching

Well this thread is getting good now, especially with NamecipS addition. :lol2:

Just spit my drink all over Mrs. Lawnboy's IPad.

Coaches coach kids play, best coach in the world can't will a kid to compete. That's in the essence of what makes them who they are. If wearing the uniform is good enough, good luck.

From the pictures I've seen of you on here, you could benefit from my workout too.

SK will not be playing football in Dec. Scott Co is going to save them from a embarrassing loss.

Scott County just gave up 40 points to an average team.

When he's mastered that, move him on to the metric 1.76 litre method he'll be huge...
