There is a thread that list players from each school that went D-1 started by Colonels Wear Blue on April 8, 2015 titled NCAA Division 1 FBS Players from Kentucky High Schools. It list a boat ton of class A kids that went on to D-1 and some went on to the NFL. I would have linked it but that is above my pay grade

Kash Daniel is probably the most physically ready for the next level as any player in the state.

I think QB might be the only position where the class of football can make a difference.

But with "ability" you better be able to dominate 1A football. There are plenty of kids with ability in 6A, who can't dominate in 6A. Does that make sense?

Problem with 1a football players they are often such raw talent meaning they have a huge gap in skill and catching on to the speed of the college game. I believe good football is always good football, but there is less of it in 1a. Over the years I have watched and followed our rival FHS which I am sure hiphop is in this debate about. In those 20 years of close attention I have seen so many athletes get beat by kids who are far less talented, but are ten times better football players, due to coaching, playing against more kids in practice etc... I have also over the years seen bigger schools get beat by the likes of beechwood and mayfield in the same manner.
