Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance

Featured Replies

I loved that they actually made a somewhat big move tonight. Survivor players are the worst at talking a big game and then never delivering just taking the safe play. I'm glad to see sleeveless older dude flip the game this week.

Great episode.

I find myself somewhat surprised that I am sympathetic with Abi, against my better judgement I'm starting to like her.

I also love the irony that Shirin (who I never liked and found totally undeserving of a second chance) basically turned her back on a tribe mate exactly the way she felt her tribe turned their backs on her last season.

Kass said she was starting to feel a connection to the other players.

The edit is definitely giving the impression the the hyper-strategizers may take it on the chin from the players who try to build real connections.

I think it was a mistake to vote out Shirin instead of Spencer. Spencer can work the angles and is a much bigger threat. Shirin would do something to get herself voted off. It will be much more difficult to vote Spencer off than Shirin.

This early I wouldn't call it a mistake. I would have voted out Shirin too because Spencer would have been more likely to help them in challenges. Now none of that matters since they are splitting into three tribes.

I thought Kelly was stupid to hide her immunity idol in the woods. I hope someone else comes along and finds it.

Where is the best place to keep the idol? You can't keep it in your personal belongings. We have seen in past seasons other players going through people's belongings looking for idols.

I know and that stinks. I just thought it seemed like a strange place and that she didn't hide it very well. Of course, I don't know where she hid it in relation to where the camp is.

Wonder if they give them some kind of clue they're changing up tribes? Would suck for her if she leaves it there then ends up on another tribe next week! :lol2:

I respect the way they played the game but they will rue the day they chose to keep Abi around. I also thought it was funny how dude was being "thoughtful" to Abi and not strategic and the used his thoughtfulness for strategy. If Spencer and Shirin would have been less cocky and smarter they should have came back to camp and told everyone how Abi told them the strategy. Instead they panicked and decided to save themselves. Granted I despise Abi more than 99% of all Survivor players so getting her out is super important to me. :D

She could just go run off and take a dump and go retrieve it real quick.

How close are the tribes? Aren't they on different sides of the island?

No clue but if it were me you best believe I'm going to have to go take a dump real quick. I'm getting my idol. :D

I think I read somewhere that whenever they do something like that they tell them to take all their belongings with them but don't tell them what's happening. Wasn't paying close enough attention to the clip to see if they were carrying bags.

OK the question about the idol was answered in a Survivor group on Facebook. According to a member of the production staff if the idol is in a players bag and a surprise switch occurs the players bags and contents are moved by production. If the player has hidden the idol then the player is responsible for figuring out a way to retrieve it.
