Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance

And if people weren't so petty he'd be a two time champion.

Peoples feelings were hurt because he played the game it was meant to be played. Should have clean sweeped the votes..

Russell was the best. The fact that he got to the end twice still blows me away. The 2nd time I still cant figure out how he swung the votes to get himself there. Guy knew what it took to win the game, or at least get to the end.
He definitely didn't know what it took to win the game.

I disagree. Survivor was set up as a social game with a strategic element. Not only do you have to rid yourself of competitors but you have to do so in a way that those same people are willing to reward you with million dollars. Russell could manipulate and bully people into going along with him during the game but he was so abrasive people weren't willing to reward him. There's no question that Russell changed the way the game is played but I believe that he always got exactly what he earned 2 defeats at final tribal and a 1st boot based on his past game play.

Best players

1. Sandra Diaz-Twine - flags fly forever

2. Parvati Shallow - got to the finals in two seasons with returning players. Ran through one.

3. People @PurplePride92 and @MJAlltheWay24 like

P.S. I'd like to see Kim Spradlin or Yul Kwon play again. Both had very dominating seasons.

Parvati ... clearly one of the best players ever, and very overrated in every other way IMO. In other words, if we ranked most attractive female Survivor players, I don't think she is anywhere near the top 10.

You're out of your mind. :lol2: :D

She made the top 15 although I don't think this is in any particular order.

I don't know if I agree with this though.

The game isn't get to the end no matter what. The game is, get to the end without alienating the people who are going to reward you with $1 million dollars.

Second time around, the fact that day 1 everyone knew they had to get rid of him and knew he was a risk, he got through all of it and still made it to the end was very impressive. I guess it's all opinion.

Definitely impressive. But also, after you get to a certain point, you want to keep a guy like Russell Hantz around because you know you won't have a lot of trouble defeating him in the final vote.

I'm a big fan of Russell Hantz and loved how he played the game. Doesn't mean it would be my strategy and it's no shocker to me that he never got the $1 million.

Russell Hantz is the 2nd biggest tool in Survivor history. His nephew, Brandon wins 1st place hands down.

That guy was a nutcase.

That's not true. Russell competed in back to back seasons in Samoa and Heroes vs. Villains, no one else from Samoa was on H vs V. Samoa hadn't aired prior to leaving for H vs V so the people playing against him hadn't seen how he played. All they were told was that he was a villain. When he played the 3rd time his reputation came with him and his tribe (of all newbies other then him) threw a challenge specifically to get rid of him.
