September 7, 201511 yr I've never been a fan of helmet stickers. Takes away from the "we're all one team" aspect, in my opinion. Also, it might be the offensive lineman in me, but I don't like seeing one player get stickers that another doesn't have a shot to get.

September 7, 201511 yr Perhaps your rb got stickers for yardage that you made happen? I never played on a team that gave stickers out like that, but that's the general idea I'm thinking of. If the offensive line has a good game, then other players are the ones scoring and racking up passing/rushing yardage. Seems dumb.

Also, it might be the offensive lineman in me, but I don't like seeing one player get stickers that another doesn't have a shot to get. The oline has goals every game. Things like no sacks, x yards rushing, x yards passing, no penalties, no negative plays etc.. maybe you have a block/ big hit of the week. Accomplish a goal and get a sticker.

September 8, 201511 yr Personally I love helmet stickers. I don't think it takes anything away from the "team" aspect of the game. I do think it can increase competitiveness within a team. But if competitiveness distrupts a "team" they were not a "team" to begin with. Plus it looks cool.
