If Highlands wants to compete for a state championship some kids have to play both ways. There are just not enough good football players on this team.....period!

Are they in good enough shape?

Are they in good enough shape?

If not thats a bigger issue IMO.

The only kid I see play with any heart is Austin Beal.. The kid needs to touch the ball as much as possible in my opinion. Where is Cain? Did they even throw the ball to him in the first half? I am puzzled by what I see to say the least?

Sometimes you give and sometimes you receive. If anyone can score a 100 on Highlands this year they will. It's personal and it's payback and jealously for the last 20 years.

Cain DNP.....Hergott DNP.....

Gosney earned his stripes tonight. Kid was thrown to the sharks and stood in there numerous times. I have a ton of respect for that kid as a football player. Top notch.

Beechwood and New Cath would love to be on the Birds schedule this year. Been a long time that I thought they would have a legit shot at winning.

Sounds like Highlands sat a few starters to make sure they came out of this game with their group in tact. Smart move on their part.

You had me until the last sentence and that's a cop out. If Highlands could score 100 on Trinity, they would too.

No doubt, Im starting to think Grant Co has a chance now.

Hahaha now that's going a bit far.

Fix it for you, but remember its not Dale's team anymore. :sssh:

Total bull if that is true. Then why in the world schedule these games?

Well considering many of these games were scheduled a year or so ago, its hard to know exactly what your team will be like. Cant help it Highlands just isnt that good.

Beechwood yes and NCC wouldn't be easy.
