September 1, 201511 yr Tell me, What is a cop supposed to do any more? I would suspect that the procedure manuals are being re-written right now. I also think all these shootings will serve to redefine what is " reasonable" (in a lawsuit sense) in terms of cop reaction. Millions of interactions each day that go well and don't make the headlines, but unfortunately in that profession when things go bad they go really bad.
