I would assume it would be First Man or Gentleman.

Wouldn't it be great if everybody called him Hillary's "consort?"

If it does (God help us), he would be referred to as ex President and First Bubba.

IF it happens First Man. Will be an interesting race. Looks like Sanders has been climbing in some polls so who knows what will happen.

Or if he rolled out in big shades, a cane, platform heels and a pimp suit and wide-brimmed hat, and demanded to be referred to as "First Daddy" or "Bubba Lee."

 

I'm totally down with that.
