theguru
How many kids are coming out for the team? What is the normal range/amount of kids that come out for the team?

Ham Bone
Last I checked football is played with 11 at a time. While depth is always a great problem to have, I'll be surprised if any more than 20 see any significant clock
Hogg84
Looks like 58 right now! I find it hard to believe that out 350 freshman enrolled that only 58 went out for the frosh football team, I say that this is just wishful thinking.

If there are 350 enrolled, then the drug testing policy seems like a winner.
Riverside 157
This response is a joke, so don't go ballistic!!! Trinity could always play a few sophomores, or even juniors at the frosh level to benefit the program!!!

Freshmen have played up at JV & Varsity but I have never known of a player to play down at the freshmen level at Trinity although plenty of schools do that against us and that's fine, the coaching staff wants each game to be as competitive as possible for those guys. A list should be made public of any team actually playing an older kid DOWN a level, unless maybe SUGGESTED by a program like T to encourage another team to be willing to play them.
