I don't know anything about Oldham Co. I just hope it gives the new QB for Cooper the confidence behind center with a rush coming at him, to be able to do the job.

Last year the Dixie Cooper Scrimmage a poster said the best players are the SK players in the stands. Lol. Dixie crushed SK x2. Had Two d1 players vs SKs 0.. But many SK players got d1 looks. lol. To funny. SK kids would never go to a sad D1 school like APU. But wait. One of the best players that will be a senior wants to send tape and talk to austin Peay.

I think the QB, the OLine and the rest of the offensive unit will be just fine. Looking forward to this season. This is a unit of guys that have worked hard together every since the beginning of the Union Jaguar program, and know how to play for each other.

I hope you're right about the QB. I liked the accuracy I saw from Brown during the 7 on 7's I watched (@Dixie and @thomas More)

The one draw back I saw was he tended to hold on to the ball a long time. Can't do that during games with defense rushing you.

If the route doesn't come open, he's learned to not force into bad decisions. It's good practice for the QB's to learn to keep and take what you can get with your legs instead of forcing throws into covered receivers (another part of 7 on 7 reads). Clark is doing a good job with the QB's and I like what I see.

I like Cooper and the fight they have in them . The program is top notch and I feel they will do just fine in 6A. They are a fun group of kids that want to win and play every play . I wish them the best of luck moving forward !!

From what I heard the scrimmage will be between four teams, including Oldham Co, Cooper, South Oldham and one other team. Teams will be alternating offense and defense as well as special teams. Should be interesting to see how it turns out.

Can't wait for Highlands vs Cooper

You would have thought one would have had learn their lesson last year, about making comments in a Cooper Scrimmage. Seemed like the best players in the stands comments at last years Dixie/Cooper scrimmage really seemed to back fire on you, considering the result of both Dixie/SK games. So maybe should let the games play out before commenting to much.

I think this might be closer than that... Highlands is likely overrated based on past years and Cooper has a strong team this year. Highlands might still win but I don't think they're going to destroy teams like in the past this year.

We've learned to take certain members comments as useless, babbling baby talk. This site really needs a block individual option. It would make for much better knowledgeable conversations for those of us that really do have a clue.

By the way……what in the heck is a "night mare"???

It's like a dark horse, I think. So he actually MIGHT be complimenting Cooper. No? Worth a try......
