In all seriousness, it is amazing that the US Govt did this and that even one US Supreme Court Justice was OK with it. The program was/is so contrary to what the US is supposed to be...scary...

I might add to my statement. I do believe there are liberals who are in the vein of Hubert Humphrey, then there are liberals like Obama, Ayers and other like minded socialists, big government types or however you wish to refer to them. It would also include a former colleague of my from 25+ yrs. ago, from which I made my previous statement.

 

H. Humphrey had beliefs, of which some of them I can agree. Obama and his ilk claim they want to help the little guy, but their beliefs are all about power and control. Just as I will never change your mind, there is nothing short of God speaking to me, that will change my mind about Obama.
