cowboy90 Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Lets keep it going!!! Tues - Cueto vs. O'Sullivan Wed - Leake vs. Hamels Thurs - DeSclafani vs. Harang
nkufan23 Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Alright let's go!!! I'm actually excited for the start of a series, I hate off days and the last series has me fired up.
ColonelCrazy Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 This will be Cueto's 1st start since 5/19. he threw a bullpen session on Sunday & said "every single pitch was good." O'Sullivan is 1-4 with 4.81 ERA & only 18 K's. He is coming off his worst start of the year (5 2/3 IP, 7 runs). He hasn't lasted more than 6 innings this year, and hasn't recorded an out in the 7th inning since 2013.
ColonelCrazy Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Cueto is 3-4. Reds have scored a combined total of two (2) runs in Cueto's four (4) losses.
ColonelCrazy Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Reds & Phillies will play six (6) games against each other in the next nine (9) days.
ColonelCrazy Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Reds haven't won a series at Citizens Park since August 2006. They're 8-21 during that stretch. Their 4-game sweep going into the All-Star Break a couple years ago still haunts me.
HammerTime Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Everyone already knows what's going to happen. Phillies sweep right?
UKMustangFan Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Reds will take 2 of 3. The Phillies are one of a handful of teams actually worse than they are.
UKMustangFan Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 If you're a gambler, you probably want to lay hard on the Phillies tomorrow. Hamels is 9-0 with 1.51 ERA with a 0.912 WHIP and .164 OBA in his 12 career starts against the Reds.
