There isn't any listing on the KHSAA's Open Jobs page either.

 

So according to what I'm seeing, the jobs have either not come open yet, or they've already been filled.

 

And for what it's worth, "removed" does not equal "terminated", "fired", "canned", or "sacked" - it equals "removed".

Either way ... Summer is here and that means preparation time for the upcoming season !! Some decisions have to be made . The kids and program can't be put on hold too long .

No way on gods green earth they bring back a Coach/AD caught with drugs. I think NP has to wait untill this guy is convicted to fire him. on leave until the court has ruled.

Not sure how anyone can predict what Newports team will do next year with so many question marks right now. Who would have thought Newport would have done as well as they did the last two season's when they hired a coach that no one ever heard of in Matt Schmidt. What if they do it again? Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I have never been a big fan of adults sitting behind a computer predicting the failure or lack of success of high school teenagers. I really hope the Wildcats move forward and build on the short success and culture change that Coach Schmidt brought to the program.
