Campbell County 2015

Featured Replies

What does Campbell County need to do to improve in 2015? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

I would diversify the offense. The Qb ran the ball in almost every play in the 2 games I saw last year.

Throwing the ball hasn't been a big part of the game plan for the past 5 or 6 years out in Alexandria.

The past 4 years have been a run offense. The 3 years prior was just the opposite, all they did was pass the ball. (could never really figure that one out)....... 2005 and 2006 was the last time they had a balanced offense. I can understand the past 4 years, they didn't have a QB that was threw the ball all that well, but were stud runners. With Wilson opting out of football, that left them without a passing QB again. Good luck Camels

This will be a challenging schedule for the rebuilding Camels.

Plessinger will be back this year and will remain their offensive "go-to". I see an improved passing game with Froelicher getting a lot of the looks. Will be a lot of holes to fill on offense and defense, really eager to see who steps up.

The Camels will be better than people think this year. They are going to surprise some teams. They have some good young talent.

Plessinger has gotten a lot of reps now, the comfort with the offense will be huge difference. They will be tough to beat this year.

Who is in Campbell County's District? Do you guys feel Campbell County should make the playoffs this year? Don't know that much about them and see they have a challenging schedule.

I'm sure hoping they do but man, they have a tough road ahead! I wish I could make it to the scrimmage this Friday against CCH!

That sounds like a really good scrimmage! Both teams need to get ready for a really tough schedule. I know Simon Kenton is supposed to be pretty darn good this year so I guess that home game with Boone County is pretty HUGE!

The Campbell County / Cov Cath scrimmage has been an annual scrimmage for most of the last 16 seasons. It's a solid pre-season test for both teams.
