I hope they understand he's a 70 year old "old school" baseball guy that is not a polished communicator. That being said, I'm glad for Pete. Pete, try not to mess this up.

I think he will be a natural. I also don't think Pete will be one of the old school guys saying how much better the game was in his day. I am actually surprised this hasn't happened before. The guy lives and dies baseball and should be able to give valuable insight...and he is very comfortable behind a microphone. If nothing else, I am curious enough to watch him.

I love listening to Pete talk baseball...I think this is a great move...as long as he sticks to Baseball!

Pete will be awesome. His stories alone will be worth tuning in for. Glad this has happened

No the Baseball Hall of Fame. I'm not a real fan of his but I respected the way he played the game.
