Heard 7-8 players were sent home from tournament and all or some were dismissed from the team. The story I heard was very disturbing and disgusting.

I for one see no reason to be so doggone negative.

I think what dennis12b meant was that he was told Whitford "could be" the best "player" Highlands ever had...........I was also told this.

Nah, not even close imo. Eric Glaser was a more dominate player as a pitcher. And there were several others. I've watched Jakey play for a long time and really don't even put him in the position. Very good player no doubt, but.......many others

I probably heard the same story. Have no idea who was involved but if the story of what happened was true, dismissals should be the minimum penalty.

Wow if what I am hearing took place the school administration has a responsibility to handle this swiftly. Stupid decision by supposed Sr leaders that really tarnishes the good things that have gone on in the program.
