Sometimes, names do hurt.

 

A callous Ohio woman bullied her neighbor, calling her a “cry baby one leg” when the amputee asked her to stop parking in her handicapped space.

 

Ashley Brady, who lost one of her legs in a 2014 car accident, said she left a stern but polite note on her neighbor’s car after the woman parked in her designated spot at their Miamisburg apartment complex. The letter asked the woman to keep the space clear for drivers with handicapped license plates and tags, WHIO reported.

 

When Brady found a note on her own car, she expected it to be an apology. Instead, she found a shockingly rude memo.

 

“Hey handicap! 1st never place your hands on my car again! 2nd Honey you ain’t the only one with ‘struggles.’ You want pity go to a one leg support group,” the woman wrote.

 

The note continued: “I dont (sic) care about what your note said shove it, but you touch my car again and I will file a report, I am not playing! I let the office know if the cry baby one leg touches my property I will cause trouble. So go cry your struggles to someone who cares cause Im (sic) walking away with both mine!!!!!”

 

"I read it probably like five times over and over," Brady told WKEF. "My brain just couldn't even process the level of mean that it was."

 

Brady said she only got the parking spot last week. Building management finally added the space after Brady slipped and fell several times while crossing the iced-over lot this winter.

 

Two days after the handicapped sign went up, the neighbor started using it.

 

Brady posted the nasty note online. It was shared more than 1,000 times on Facebook.

 

“She told me to cry to someone who cares, so I went to the Internet, and it turns out a lot of people care,” she said.

 

The apartment complex has given police permission to immediately tow any car without a handicapped permit that parks in the spot. Usually, improperly parked cars are given 24 hours’ notice.

What can you say to that...people can be cruel. Did the amputee release the other lady's name?

I'd like to see her original note. If it wasn't nasty I wish she'd post a picture of the car and let some of her able bodied neighbors reduce it to a pile of trash. Post the lady's name and see if her employer is proud to have her at their company. Lots of ways to respond.

If this is "Real" then the second woman is disgusting. If it is a made up shot for attention then the first woman is.

 

It is honestly hard for me to fathom someone writing a note like that to someone with one leg.
