When I left in about the 4th inning of the second game, Highlands was beating Beechwood 7-2.

Heard that HHS run ruled Beechwood. Another nice win for the Birds. I'm "sure" that Beechwood wasn't throwing their ace, but HHS wasn't either. Also heard that there were a few words exchanged between the coaches. I guess "what goes around, comes around" or something like that. When I heard about the comment of running up the score, I thought that only happened in football at HHS. It's been awhile since HHS has won quality games. I'm kinda of getting used to it. Keep it going Birds! By the way, does anyone know who HHS plays tomorrow?

I think they play the winner of the one inning game between Simon Kenton and Ryle when the varsity returns tomorrow. Scheduled for noon at Scott.

Good win for HHS, and no...the kid BW threw this is his first year playing, and the only reason he is playing is to get a letter in sports to be able to military acadamy.....and yes HHS did throw their ace.

And for everyone who wants to talk about games that they didn't see, all that happened was HHS was up 11-2 and ran a flop play with a kid on 3rd and 1st, and the kid on third scored. It was a classless act, and unless you were there to see it...................dont talk about it.

 

 

And DD, Beechwood does not run up any score. All the games you are referring to was mostly done with JV players. I dont come on here and talk about your team when I dont have a clue what I am talking about, so I expect you do the same. If you want to talk about somebody...please do some research.:sssh: :sssh:
