He attended a CCH feeder school I believe. I think his family moved out of the NKY area when he was about to enter high school or early into high school.

 

This is my first time looking at the thread or I would have clarified sooner. This is correct. He attended St. Agnes and his family moved to Boston after he graduated in 8th grade. He was all set to be a Blue Colonel and would have been in the class of 97'. Was a heck of a football player.

Your right, student government, administration, school AV, didn't do any of those either. I was a three sport athlete. I'm sure the A.D. did his job so we could compete on the field or court. Can't recall any of their names... I remember all my coaches and teammates names though. Which kind of makes my point. A.D. ? Really? Who and Why? Let's have a Highlands thread about the new Highlands lunch ladies too. Don't forget the janitors or any of the other facility workers. They are very important too. Should we consider them for a thread also? Just saying this thread is kinda lame..I'm not seeing or buying the deal .... I'm out.

Vi Gerding was a great person. She gave me a card in high school with a $1 bill in it to pay for my lunch for something I did in school I still have that $1 to this day.

You are so RIGHT on this one Cat! I got to know Vi Gerding not only from the cafeteria but also from going to the same church. I absolutely LOVED that woman...one of the nicest human beings ever!
